These terms apply to the lead-generation tools, diagnostics, and embeddable experiences (including sales CTA and lead form embeds) hosted on app.topposition.com. Paying clients also agree to project-specific statements of work that reference this baseline policy.
You may use the intake forms, scripts, and GBP scan utilities solely to evaluate TopPosition services or onboard as a client. Automated scraping, competitive benchmarking, or resale of the generated data is forbidden without prior written consent.
Our recommendations depend on the information you provide and third-party APIs. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted data is accurate and that you have permission to grant TopPosition temporary access to your Google Business Profile when connecting via OAuth.
We target 99.5% uptime for public calculators and embeds. Planned maintenance windows will be announced on our status page. Because the tool depends on Google APIs, temporary throttling may occur; we retry automatically where practical.
Diagnostics represent best-effort marketing advice. TopPosition is not liable for lost revenue or indirect damages arising from their use. By continuing you agree that the service is provided “as is” until a formal services agreement is executed.
